Consider letting others create and sell your product or offer your service, but charge them a franchise fee for doing so. You can provide them with branding and marketing, which will help to grow both your business and theirs. For example, if you have a small pest control business, you can expand to neighboring towns by allowing someone in that town to work under your umbrella.
